1. Shipping Methods

We use DHL Express for all international orders to provide reliable, trackable, and fast delivery. Local orders within South Africa may be shipped via a trusted local courier service or DHL, depending on the destination and timing.

 


 

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • As each artwork is carefully packaged by hand, slight delays may occur during peak periods.
  • You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 


 

3. Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Shipping (South Africa): Flat rate or free shipping may apply — see checkout for current rates.
  • International Shipping: DHL Express rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged during transit.

 


 

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • South Africa: 2–5 business days
  • International (DHL Express): 5–10 business days depending on destination
    Delays may occur due to customs processing or unforeseen courier issues.

 


 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • DHL may contact you directly to settle any applicable fees before delivery.

 


 

6. Packaging

All artworks are securely and professionally packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Despite their small size (maximum 10cm x 10cm), each piece is treated with the utmost care during packing.

 


 

7. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photographs of the item and packaging.
  • We will assist in filing a claim with DHL and discuss a suitable resolution, such as a refund or replacement (if available).
  • Kakklein Collective is not liable for lost parcels due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

 


 

8. Tracking Your Order

All shipments include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel through the DHL website using the tracking link provided.
